Rule One Men's Multi is a food supplement in tablet form, with 180 tablets per pack. One serving is 3 tablets, giving 60 servings per pack.
The formula contains vitamins and minerals, amino acids (BCAAs, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine), berry and fruit powders, plant ingredients, an enzyme blend and carotenoids. It is made for men with an active lifestyle.
- Broad range of vitamins and minerals
Each serving includes vitamins A, C, D, E and K, the B vitamins, choline, calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and boron.
- Amino acids
Each serving has 500 mg of a BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), 200 mg of L-glutamine and 150 mg of L-tyrosine.
- Plant and fruit powders
The berry blend (140 mg) contains blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and European elder. The formula also includes ginkgo leaf (60 mg), Asian ginseng root (60 mg), green tea leaf (50 mg) and black tea leaf (50 mg).
- Enzymes and carotenoids
The enzyme blend (100 mg) contains papain and bromelain. The carotenoid complex (1.15 mg) consists of lycopene, lutein, alpha carotene, cryptoxanthin and zeaxanthin, with astaxanthin (10 µg) added.
