Allnutrition Sleep Pro is a food supplement in capsule form. One serving (2 capsules) provides magnesium 120 mg, zinc 15 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg and melatonin 1 mg.
It also contains oat, lemon balm, hop cone and saffron extracts, L-theanine, L-tryptophan and GABA. The pack holds 90 capsules, which makes 45 servings.
- Four plant extracts
Each serving contains oat extract 100 mg, lemon balm extract 50 mg, hop cone extract 50 mg and saffron extract 25 mg.
- Amino acids and GABA
A serving provides L-theanine 100 mg, L-tryptophan 100 mg and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 100 mg.
- Magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6
Per serving: magnesium 120 mg, zinc 15 mg and vitamin B6 2 mg.
