Olimp Nutrition Thermo Speed Hardcore is a food supplement in capsule form, with 120 capsules per pack. It contains L-tyrosine, extracts of garcinia cambogia, ginger, guarana, green coffee bean, coleus forskohlii, cayenne pepper, cacao bean and black pepper, plus niacin.
Each capsule contains 100 mg of caffeine: 50 mg from guarana and 50 mg of added caffeine. The recommended daily intake is 1–2 capsules.
- Declared amounts of each active
Each capsule has 250 mg of L-tyrosine, 200 mg of garcinia cambogia extract (120 mg of it hydroxycitric acid) and 100 mg of ginger root extract (5 mg of gingerol).
- Caffeine from two sources
Total caffeine is 100 mg per capsule: 50 mg from 100 mg of guarana seed extract and 50 mg of caffeine. The capsule also has 55 mg of green coffee bean extract, with 27.5 mg of chlorogenic acid.
- Spice extracts
The formula includes 35 mg of cayenne pepper extract (2.8 mg of capsaicin), 5 mg of black pepper extract (4.75 mg of piperine) and 35 mg of coleus forskohlii root extract (3.5 mg of forskolin).
- Cacao extract and niacin
Each capsule contains 30 mg of cacao bean extract (7.2 mg of theobromine) and 8 mg of niacin.
