Swanson Super Stress B-Complex with Vitamin C is a food supplement made of a B-vitamin complex and vitamin C. The pack holds 240 capsules.
Each capsule contains 500 mg of vitamin C, 25 mg of thiamin, 25 mg of riboflavin, 50 mg NE of niacin, 25 mg of vitamin B6, 340 µg DFE of folate, 125 µg of vitamin B12, 50 µg of biotin and 125 mg of pantothenic acid. Choline, inositol and PABA are also included.

Each capsule contains: vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 500 mg, thiamin (thiamin HCl, vitamin B1) 25 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 25 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 50 mg NE, vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCl) 25 mg, folate 340 µg DFE, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 125 µg, biotin 50 µg, pantothenic acid (from calcium pantothenate) 125 mg, choline (from choline bitartrate) 20 mg, inositol 50 mg, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 25 mg. Other ingredients: gelatin, magnesium stearate, silica.
