Applied Nutrition Pump 3G Pre-Workout (Zero Stimulant) is a pre-workout powder made without stimulants. Each serving contains 5 g citrulline, 3 g AAKG, 3 g creatine monohydrate and 2 g beta-alanine. Vitamin B12 is also in the formula.
The 375 g pack holds 25 servings (50 scoops). It comes in two flavours, Fruit Burst and Icy Blue Raz, and the main active ingredients are the same in both.
