Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant used in Ayurvedic tradition for centuries. In this NOW Foods formula its root and leaf extract is standardised to at least 2.5% withanolides, so the amount of these compounds is measured rather than left to chance.
Each capsule pairs 300 mg of the extract with 150 mg of Lactium®, a casein hydrolysate made from milk protein. One capsule is the daily serving.
