Nordic Naturals Complete Omega is a liquid oil that combines fish oil from anchovies and sardines with borage seed oil. One 5 ml serving provides 1270 mg of omega-3s (EPA 610 mg, DHA 405 mg, other omega-3s 255 mg), 500 mg of omega-6s (including GLA 170 mg) and 500 mg of omega-9s (including oleic acid 400 mg).
The oil is flavoured with natural lemon. The 237 ml bottle holds 48 servings.

Purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), borage seed oil (Borago officinalis), natural lemon flavour, d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract (a natural preservative). Per serving (5 ml): 45 kcal, fat 5 g, of which saturates 1 g; omega-3s 1270 mg, omega-6s 500 mg, omega-9s 500 mg.

Usage
Take one teaspoon (5 ml) a day with food.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months. Contains fish (anchovies, sardines).
