Cellucor C4 Ripped is a powdered pre-workout mixed with water. Half a scoop (3.15 g) gives 75 mg of caffeine, 800 mg of beta-alanine, 500 mg of L-citrulline and 250 mg each of L-tyrosine and L-carnitine.
What sets it apart in the C4 line is Capsimax (cayenne pepper fruit extract), green coffee bean extract and Panax ginseng root extract. Flavours: Icy Blue Raspberry and Tropical Punch.
