Rule One Roar is a powdered pre-workout. A serving is 10.5 g and contains 25 kcal. The formula includes creatine monohydrate, L-citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine, L-arginine, betaine, L-tyrosine and caffeine from green coffee bean extract and tea leaf extract.
Each serving also contains vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, plus an electrolyte blend. The product is sugar-free. It comes in two flavours, Fruit Punch and Peach Mango, with the same main active ingredients.

- Electrolytes
