NOW Foods Green Multi, Iron Free is a food supplement containing vitamins and minerals, with no iron in the formula. The pack holds 180 capsules, and one capsule is one serving.
Alongside the vitamins and minerals, the formula includes spirulina, chlorella, alfalfa juice concentrate, Asian ginseng and green tea extract. It also contains enzymes: bromelain, papain, a protease blend, lipase and amylase.

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if you are prone to kidney stones or have kidney stones. Do not consume daily amounts of 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). The EGCG content is 6.25 mg per daily serving. Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Do not take on an empty stomach. The product is intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age. A 25-(OH)D blood test is recommended before use, with the results discussed with a doctor or pharmacist. May contain wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, nuts or sesame. Natural colour variations may occur.
