Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a caffeinated pre-workout in instant powder form. Besides caffeine, it contains beta-alanine, creatine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-tyrosine, L-alanine and glycine, plus vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6 and C, black pepper extract and ginseng extract.
The 255 g pack gives 15 servings of 17 g. It comes in six flavours: Blackcurrant, Blue Raspberry, Grapefruit, Magic Citrus, Red Orange and Tropical Candy. The core composition is the same across them.

Up to 75 kg of body weight, and for sensitive athletes: stir 8.5 g into 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg of body weight, or for high-proficiency training: stir 17 g into 300 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
