Rule One Roar is a pre-workout powder. One serving (10.5 g) contains 2 g L-citrulline, 1.2 g beta-alanine, 1 g creatine monohydrate, 1 g taurine, 500 mg L-arginine, 120 mg L-tyrosine and 100 mg betaine anhydrous. It also provides a 350 mg electrolyte blend and 175 mg caffeine.
The product comes in Fruit Punch and Peach Mango flavours. The composition is the same in both, as stated on the pack. Each 315 g pack makes 30 servings.
