Olimp Nutrition Amok is a food supplement in a pack of 60 capsules. It is a pre-workout: each capsule contains 400 mg taurine, 300 mg beta-alanine, 125 mg magnesium and 125 mg caffeine anhydrous.
It also contains 75 mg Korean Panax ginseng extract (5.25 mg of which is ginsenosides), 50 mg guarana extract (25 mg of which is caffeine from guarana) and 1.75 mg vitamin B6. The daily amount is 1–2 capsules depending on body weight.

Usage
Under 70 kg body weight: take 1 capsule about 30 minutes before physical activity. Over 70 kg: take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before planned physical activity. Otherwise, consult your dietician. Take with a large amount of water. The daily amount is 1–2 capsules.
