Conteh Sports Supreme Sleep is a blackcurrant-flavoured powder you mix with water and drink in the evening. It contains lemon balm extract, L-tyrosine and choline bitartrate (1000 mg each per serving), 600 mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha and 500 mg of magnesium bisglycinate.
It also contains chamomile flower, L-theanine, 5-HTP, zinc, vitamin B6 and BioPerine. The 180 g tub holds 30 servings.

Per serving: lemon balm extract 1000 mg, L-tyrosine 1000 mg, DL-choline bitartrate 1000 mg, KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract (5% withanolides) 600 mg, magnesium bisglycinate 500 mg, chamomile flower 500 mg, L-theanine 200 mg, 5-HTP 100 mg, vitamin B6 (P5P) 50 mg, zinc citrate 30 mg, BioPerine 10 mg. Also acidity regulator malic acid, flavouring, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, sweetener sucralose and colours E129 and E133.

Usage
Add one heaped scoop (6 g) to 200–300 ml of water in a shaker and shake thoroughly. For greater accuracy, use weighing scales.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains milk (in the KSM-66 ashwagandha). Contains the colour E129 (allura red), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
