Osavi Super Krill Oil is a food supplement in softgels. It contains oil extracted from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba). One serving of 2 softgels provides 1180 mg of SUPERBA Boost® krill oil.
Each serving contains 318 mg of omega-3 acids, including 178 mg EPA and 82 mg DHA. It also provides 660 mg of phospholipids, 82.6 mg of choline and 100 µg of astaxanthin. The pack holds 120 softgels.

EPA and DHA come from krill oil, which provides 660 mg of phospholipids per serving, of which 566 mg are phosphatidylcholines.
