This JNX Sports pre-workout is a caffeine-free powder mixed with water. A serving is 14.3 g, which is one scoop, and the pack holds 40 servings.
Each serving contains 4500 mg L-citrulline, 2500 mg betaine anhydrous, 1600 mg beta-alanine, 750 mg L-arginine, 600 mg taurine and 250 mg L-tyrosine, plus the electrolytes chloride and sodium. It comes in two flavours, Blue Raspberry and Peach Mango, with the same composition.
