Per serving (2 capsules): biodynamic and superfood blend 150 mg, coenzyme Q10 80 mg, beta 1-3, 1-6 glucan 100 mg, beta carotene 3 mg, vitamin D3 40 µg, vitamin E 20 mg (natural mixed tocopherols) and 10 mg (d-alpha tocopherol succinate), vitamin C 205 mg, thiamin 20 mg, riboflavin 20 mg, niacin 16 mg, vitamin B6 10 mg (as P5P), folic acid 100 µg, vitamin B12 130 µg and 100 µg, biotin 100 µg, pantothenic acid 50 mg, vitamin K2 (MK-7) 60 µg, iron 2 mg, magnesium 30 mg (as citrate), zinc 14 mg, iodine 150 µg, boron 0.5 mg, copper 1 mg, manganese 3 mg, selenium 150 µg, chromium 160 µg and molybdenum 90 µg.
