One serving (10.9 g) contains 5 g of creatine monohydrate, 3 g of calcium HMB (myHMB), vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), 350 mg of calcium, 20 mg of phosphorus, 13 mg of magnesium, 110 mg of sodium and 35 mg of potassium. The blend also includes 100 mg of monopotassium phosphate, 100 mg of sodium bicarbonate, 25 mg of magnesium oxide and 250 mg of sea salt. Other ingredients: citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, silicon dioxide, fruit and vegetable juice (for colour), sucralose, acesulfame potassium.
