One capsule (1 serving) contains vitamin C 40 mg, iron 30 mg, vitamin B6 1.4 mg, folic acid 400 µg and vitamin B12 2.5 µg. Other ingredients: bulking agent cellulose, corn starch, capsule shell (gelatine), glazing agent ethyl cellulose, thickening agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
