OstroVit Omega 3 D3 + K2 is a food supplement in softgel form. One capsule is one serving and contains 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 330 mg is EPA and 220 mg is DHA.
Each serving also provides 50 µg of vitamin D3, 50 µg of vitamin K2 and 12 mg of vitamin E. The vitamin K2 is menaquinone-7 (MK-7) from Bacillus subtilis natto. The pack holds 90 capsules.

Ingredients
One capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil (of which EPA 330 mg and DHA 220 mg), 50 µg of vitamin D3, 50 µg of vitamin K2 and 12 mg of vitamin E. Other ingredients: gelatin, humectant glycerol, water, D-alpha tocopheryl acetate, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7 (MK-7) from Bacillus subtilis natto, colour: caramel.

Usage
Take one capsule daily, preferably after a meal, with plenty of water. Before use, it is advisable to have a 25-(OH)D blood test and to consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take this product. It must not be used by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
