OstroVit Omega 3 D3 + K2 is a food supplement in softgel capsules. One capsule, which is one serving, contains 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 330 mg is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 220 mg is docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Each serving also provides 50 µg of vitamin D3, 50 µg of vitamin K2 and 12 mg of vitamin E. The vitamin K2 is in the form of menaquinone MK-7. The pack holds 180 capsules.

Ingredients
Active ingredients per capsule: fish oil 1000 mg (of which EPA 330 mg and DHA 220 mg), vitamin D3 50 µg, vitamin K2 50 µg and vitamin E 12 mg. Vitamin D3 is cholecalciferol, vitamin E is D-alpha-tocopherol, and vitamin K2 is menaquinone MK-7 from Bacillus subtilis natto. Other ingredients: gelatin, humectant glycerol, water, colour caramel.

Usage
Take one serving, which is one capsule, daily, preferably after a meal, with plenty of water. Before use, it is advisable to have a 25-(OH)D blood test and to consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The product contains fish oil; do not take it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children and pregnant or nursing women must not take the product. It must not be used by people taking anticoagulants that are vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Manufactured in a facility using ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
