Osavi Super Omega 3-9-11 is a fish oil softgel containing the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, plus omega-9 and omega-11 fatty acids.

Osavi Super Omega 3-9-11 is a food supplement in softgel form. The fish oil comes from pelagic fish of the North Atlantic, including herring and mackerel, and is produced in Norway by molecular distillation.
Each softgel provides 1000 mg of oil. Of this, 300 mg is omega-3 acids (EPA 50 mg, DHA 200 mg and other omega-3 acids 50 mg), 90 mg is omega-9 as gondoic acid and 300 mg is omega-11 as cetoleic acid. The pack holds 90 softgels.
- EPA and DHA
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. One softgel contains 50 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA.
- Omega-9 and omega-11
Besides omega-3, each softgel contains 90 mg of gondoic acid (omega-9) and 300 mg of cetoleic acid (omega-11). Both are long-chain monounsaturated fatty acids.
- Purified fish oil
The oil is produced in Norway by molecular distillation, in line with the GOED monograph. The fish come from sustainable fisheries and the oil is Friend of the Sea certified.

Ingredients
One softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil. Of this, omega-3 acids make up 300 mg: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 50 mg, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 200 mg and other omega-3 acids 50 mg. The softgel also provides gondoic acid 90 mg and cetoleic acid 300 mg. Energy is 10 kcal per serving. Per 100 g: 705 kcal, fat 60 g and carbohydrate 9 g.
