Each capsule provides 100 mg each of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin B6, and 100 µg each of vitamin B12 and biotin.

Each capsule contains: thiamin (from thiamin HCl) 100 mg, riboflavin 100 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 100 mg, vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg, folate 680 µg DFE, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 100 µg, biotin 100 µg, pantothenic acid (from calcium pantothenate) 100 mg, choline (from choline bitartrate) 10 mg, inositol 10 mg and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 10 mg. Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
