Doctor's Best Fully Active B-Complex with Quatrefolic is a food supplement in a pack of 30 capsules. Each capsule contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, folate and vitamin C.
Folate comes as Quatrefolic, the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid. Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin, and vitamin B6 is supplied in two forms: pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal-5-phosphate. The product is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free and soy-free.
