Cytoplan Multi B Extra is a vegan food supplement with B vitamins, vitamin C and magnesium. The pack holds 60 tablets, and one serving is 1 tablet.
The vitamins and minerals are combined in a food base of citrus pulp, corn meal and alfalfa concentrates, and inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus. The tablet is coated with plant cellulose.
- B vitamins in one tablet
Each serving provides thiamin (B1) 1.4 mg, riboflavin (B2) 1.6 mg, niacin (B3) 18 mg, pantothenic acid 6 mg, biotin 50 µg and vitamin B12 1 µg.
- Vitamin B6 as P5P
Vitamin B6 is 2 mg per serving, in the P5P form. Folic acid is 200 µg, supplied as food folate.
- Vitamin C and magnesium
One tablet contains 60 mg of vitamin C and 30 mg of magnesium.
- Inositol, choline and PABA
Each serving has 25 mg of inositol, 25 mg of choline and 25 mg of PABA.

Other ingredients: vitamin C incorporated in citrus pulp; inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus combined with magnesium citrate, inositol, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin and vitamin B12; choline and biotin combined in corn meal concentrate; vegetable stearic acid; food state folate combined in alfalfa concentrate; plant cellulose (tablet coating).
