Rule One Pump is a powder pre-workout. A serving is 11 g, and the 330 g pack holds 30 servings. It comes in Blue Razz Lemonade and Grape flavours.
The formula combines L-citrulline, taurine, betaine, arginine, Nitrosigine and vitamin C with whole grape, pine bark, astragalus and panax extracts and the S7 blend. No caffeine is added, so it can be used on its own or alongside other pre-workout formulas.
