Bloom Pre-Workout is a powdered pre-workout in Raspberry Lemonade flavour. The pack holds 186 g, which makes 30 servings of 6 g each.
Each serving contains 150 mg of caffeine, 1600 mg of beta-alanine, 1000 mg of L-citrulline, 500 mg of L-tyrosine and 500 mg of L-carnitine. The formula also includes green coffee bean, cayenne fruit and Panax ginseng root extracts, plus niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin B12.
