Each serving contains 6000 mg of a BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), 2750 mg of a conditionally essential amino acid blend and 205 mg of an essential amino acid blend. The formula also includes vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, calcium and phosphorus.
- Large BCAA blend
One serving has 6000 mg of a BCAA blend made of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. The manufacturer states a 10:1:1 ratio.

Alongside the BCAA, each serving includes L-glutamine and L-carnitine L-tartrate (2750 mg together) and six essential amino acids (205 mg together).
