BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration) to add to a bath or footbath. The magnesium chloride is mined in Northern Holland from a Zechstein seam about a mile below ground.
The flakes are 100% natural with nothing added. The bag holds 250 g.

Ingredients
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).
Usage
Footbath: add 150 g of flakes (roughly 1 cup) to about 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet, and soak for 20 minutes. Bath: add 250 g of flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath and relax for 20 minutes. A magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week is recommended.
For use in a bath or footbath only, not to be swallowed. Keep out of reach of children, in a dry place with the bag closed.
