Jarrow Formulas BoneUp Capsules is a food supplement whose calcium comes from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite. One serving of 2 capsules gives you 333.3 mg of calcium, 8.3 µg of vitamin D3 and 15 µg of vitamin K2 as MK-7.
The formula also contains vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, potassium and boron. The pack holds 360 capsules.
