Swanson Activated B-Complex is a food supplement containing B vitamins, choline and PABA. One pack holds 60 capsules.
According to Swanson, it is a lower-potency version of its original Activated B-Complex. The formula uses the same forms of B vitamins, including benfotiamine, pyridoxal 5-phosphate and methylcobalamin.
- Activated vitamin forms
Riboflavin comes as riboflavin 5'-phosphate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Folate is calcium L-5 methyltetrahydrofolate.

Each capsule contains benfotiamine (36 mg), riboflavin (25 mg), niacin (50 mg), vitamin B6 (25 mg), folate (400 µg), vitamin B12 (250 µg), biotin (25 µg), pantothenic acid (27.36 mg), choline (25 mg) and PABA (25 mg).

The capsule shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, silica and magnesium stearate.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), vegan capsule (hypromellose), silica, magnesium stearate.
