5% Nutrition AllDayYouMay Legendary Series is an amino acid drink with a 6000 mg BCAA blend in a 10:1:1 ratio (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) per serving. It also has a 2750 mg blend of L-glutamine and L-carnitine L-tartrate, plus essential amino acids.
Blends with beta-alanine, glucosamine, MSM and milk thistle, and vitamins C, B6 and B12 complete the formula. This is one serving in Peach Tea flavour.
