Jarrow Formulas BoneUp Capsules is a food supplement that combines calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and several trace minerals. The calcium comes from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite sourced from free-range New Zealand calves.
One serving is 2 capsules. The pack contains 240 capsules.
- Calcium as hydroxyapatite
A serving (2 capsules) contains 333.3 mg of elemental calcium from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite.
- Vitamins D3 and K2 together
Each serving has 8.3 µg of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and 15 µg of vitamin K2 as naturally derived MK-7.
- Magnesium and potassium
A serving provides 166.7 mg of magnesium as magnesium oxide and 33 mg of potassium as potassium citrate.
- Trace minerals
The serving also includes 3.3 mg of zinc, 0.333 mg of copper, 0.333 mg of manganese and 1 mg of boron.
