Each serving contains a 6000 mg BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine), a 2750 mg conditionally essential amino acid blend and a 205 mg essential amino acid blend. The formula also includes a buffer blend, a support blend, a joint and liver blend, and vitamins and minerals.
