Description

NOW Foods Vitamin B-100 Sustained Release is a food supplement in tablet form, 100 tablets per pack. Each tablet contains 100 mg each of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin (as niacinamide), vitamin B6, pantothenic acid and inositol.
It also provides 100 mcg of vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), 100 mcg of biotin, 680 mcg DFE of folate, 35 mg of choline and 10 mg of PABA. The tablets use a sustained release formulation.

One tablet contains thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid.
- Choline, inositol and PABA added
Besides the vitamins, each tablet has 35 mg of choline, 100 mg of inositol and 10 mg of PABA.

The other ingredients are hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid from a vegetable source, a vegetarian coating and silicon dioxide.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating and silicon dioxide.
