NOW Foods Cal-Mag with B-Complex and Vitamin C is a food supplement in tablet form, with 100 tablets per pack. One serving, which is one tablet, provides 0.5 g of calcium, 250 mg of magnesium and 180 mg of vitamin C.
The tablet also contains several B vitamins, as well as choline, inositol and PABA. The directed dose is one tablet a day with food.
