NOW Foods Vitamin B-50 is a food supplement in tablet form, with 250 tablets per pack. Each tablet contains eight B-vitamins plus choline, inositol and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid).
Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid are each present at 50 mg. Vitamin B12 and biotin are each 50 µg, and folate is 680 µg DFE.
- Full B-vitamin complement
One tablet contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, folate, biotin and pantothenic acid.
- Choline, inositol and PABA included
Besides the vitamins, each tablet has 50 mg of choline, 50 mg of inositol and 50 mg of PABA.
